Time Trial and Sunday Skills at Silk Mills (Online payment now operating)

A slightly different session this Sunday when we will be restarting our time trial event with rider options of completing either a 3km, 5km or 7km time trial.  If you have been to one of our time trials before, you can see if you can beat your previous time(s).  If it's your first, then you can set yourself a time to beat in the future.  It's a bit like parkrun, but on bikes.

There will also be a coached activity before the time trial to learn the circuit and practice some skills.

This event is open to both existing club members and new members.  

We will be closing online bookings at 18.00 on Sat 31st July.

If you are not booked in, you will not be able to attend the session.

Sign in is at 10.20am and as soon as you are signed in we will ask you to start warming up and be ready to ride at 10.30.

You will need to bring your own :

• bike (we suggest tyres that are suitable for riding on grass)
• helmet
• water bottle
• snack

£2 session fee paid online is not refundable (In the event of a session being cancelled then the fee may be transferred to the next sessiion)

We are asking parents to undertake a comprehensive bike check prior to arrival at the session, as coaches will be unable to make any adjustments, in line with current guidance.

Parents are welcome to stay during the session

If you or anyone in your household is showing any symptoms of Covid-19 prior to the event, you must not attend. Following an event, should any riders develop or show any symptons of Covid-19, we ask you to contact the club coaches for Track and Trace purposes.

REGISTERING FOR AN EVENT. 1. login to this website.  2. select event  3. click on 'get tickets' 4. change 'Qty' from zero to one (or more if several members of family) 5. go to 'checkout' 6. enter emergency and pick up details 7. proceed to payment (tickets are free)  8. 'buyer info' may be requested if you have not logged in. 9. submit order - no need to print tickets
