Please bring helmet. lights, small snack, drink water, small rucksack, anorak and spare inner tube. . 

MTB, cross or Hybrid bikes only (Sorry, no road bikes with narrow tyres)

Suitable for riders ages 6 upwards. A parent should accompany a child age 6 or 7in case they find the course too tiring. and need to return early
