Meet in front of theatre for a 2km ride along the River Tone to Winkworth Way. Through the tunnels to Wheatley Crescent. Short ride along this quiet steet to the park where we will practice some skills on the old BMX track. A parent should accompany riders age 5-7. This is a leisurely 7km (4.5 mile) ride suitable for age 5 years plus.  Children age 5-7 years old should be accompanied by a parent in case a child finds the ride too far and need to turn back early.
