We have two rides on Sunday.  One for younger riders which will follow off-highway cycle paths, and one for older riders which will be on quiet roads.  We plan to all start in the same place and meet up at a halfway point for a drink and snack.  We then head off in our separate directions before all meeting up again at the end.  Please note the earlier 9am start and 10:30 finish (the roads are quieter at this time). Following the first 2 rounds of cyclocross I'm running a further taster session, skills and fun off-road ride around Longrun Meadow.  You don't have to do cyclocross to come along as many of the skills are transferable to all types of riding.
