This is a leisurely 7km (4.5 mile) ride suitable for age 5 years plus.  Children age 5-7 years old should be accompanied by a parent in case a child finds the ride too far and need to turn back early. A ride along the paths of Longrun Meadow.  Meet in French Weir park near the bridge. A parent should accompany riders age 6-7. This ride is not suitable for 4-5 years old as we will be practicing some ascents and descents.
