The weather is due to be cold so we will try to keep riders moving as much as possible.  Please wear thin layers (lots of them) and long fingered gloves are essential. Keeping your feet warm will also help. The number of laps depends on age. Following the time trial younger and less experienced riders will have some fun activities and practice some skills.
